5 benefits of renting a flat in a newly-built building
Choosing a flat to rent is always a challenge — particularly so when one is looking for a long term accommodation. There is plenty of options — and plenty of fraud instances, too. 4. Clear Ownership History. New flats have no story to tell about numerous previous owners and/or tenants.
